Regional Safety Manager at TW Metals

Jennifer brings over 18 years of experience in safety, project management, and process improvement. She is currently a Regional Safety Manager for TW Metals, a specialty metals distributor. In this role, Jennifer leads her region to improve safety awareness, compliance, and aims to improve the overall health of the employees. Jennifer has a degree from Eastern Illinois University and is a member of Metals Service Center Institute (MSCI) and the National Safety Council (NSC).

Luciann Van Sweden

Health and Safety Data Specialist at Covanta

Luciann Van Sweden currently works as a Health and Safety Data Specialist for Covanta, a leader in sustainable materials management providing environmental solutions to businesses and communities.  Luci started her career at Covanta over 20 years ago as an intern and has evolved into various Health and Safety roles over the years.  In her current role, she is an administrator of the Ideagen platform and also manages OSHA recordkeeping and developing solutions to ensure compliance and documentation which includes data management, analytics and providing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Executive Leadership team.    

Michael Foreman

Safety Manager at Interstate Batteries

Michael leads team member and driver safety for company owned operations at Interstate Batteries.  Michael has a degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Safety Professional through the BCSP.
